What motivates middle-school aged kids to be active? What keeps them from being active? HopeLab spent time with 11-15 year olds across the U.S. and identified eight distinct behavioral profiles that may help inform efforts to reach kids at risk for sedentary behavior patterns and obesity. HopeLab then incorporated insights garnered from these conversations to develop Zamzee, an online rewards platform powered by physical activity.
