The health and wellness of all Americans is a top concern in our profession today. Fitness and exercise fads come and go but the use of the exercise ball has been a part of health and wellness for many years. This activity session will incorporate the use of physioballs/exercise balls for a total body workout for people of all ages. Balance, stability, strength and cardio conditioning will be the focus of this fun workout!
