Dynamic warm-ups are an effective way to prepare youth and adults for activity. Common practice is to have participants perform the appropriate moves traveling back and forth between two lines. This session adds some creative twists. Participants are invited to join in a story telling version for young children, an equipment task-based version for those of us who need balls to stay engaged and a dance version. Then together we will create more twists!
