Bullying behavior can be found everywhere – even in athletics. While coaches are first and foremost teachers, the playing field is not the same as a classroom. The approach for dealing with this issue needs to be unique, without detracting from the goals of the athletic program. This workshop will focus on research-based best practices adapt them for the athletic setting. Participants will learn how to utilize and apply these practices to their programs.
