This biomechanics presentation is a sensible and interactive approach for reviewing foundational biomechanics, movement assessment mechanics/techniques as well as OPO (overall performance objectives) as they pertain to forming the foundation for developing exercise training programs. Attendees will gain an understanding of the basic physics used in assessments (quality and quantity of basic movements) as well as how to use this data to optimize numerous aspects in a properly designed and individualized exercise program.
