If you’re looking for exercise and like the outdoors, orienteering is the perfect sport. It provides both a mental and physical challenge. In orienteering you use a map and a compass to complete a marked course as fast as possible. This session will explore orienteering as a skill and as a competitive sport. Participants will learn how to teach and promote orienteering in a gymnasium or on an athletic field.
