This session reports on procedures and outcomes of an obesity prevention program (Moving away from Childhood Obesity) among Head Start children in Ogden, Utah. The audience will be informed of ways to increase physical activity, reduce sedentary media time, and promote healthy eating among a group of preschoolers who are at high risks of childhood obesity.
