Accurate skill analysis requires good observation skills and a working knowledge of basic biomechanical and learning principles. The purpose of this program will be to introduce these principles in an easy-to-understand manner. Participants will be asked to be actively involved in several tasks designed to illustrate the concept and application of each principle. Examples will be given for a variety of sport skills to accommodate the audiences’ areas of interest.
