439 Exercise From Your Brain to Your Toes

The session is designed for anyone (K through older adults) who wants brain enhancement while participating in a fun work out. This is an active session that will include joint loosening, warm up, a cardiovascular routine and full range of motion recovery. Each exercise in some way specifically challenges the brain while conditioning the body. Explanations as to how the brain is challenged by exercises will be included.
