The Snatch and the Clean & Jerk require more power to correctly execute, then any other weightlifting exercise. The multi-joint, free weight, ground-based experience while performing these lifts, makes them very specific and helpful to human movement and athletic development. The presentation will guide the session participants in how to teach these complex movements to a class of students or a sports team in one teaching session.
