Most teens work part-time, and about every 10 days, a teen is seriously injured or killed in a workplace tragedy. Schools now have access to a customized, proven curriculum designed to teach youth about workplace injury prevention. This interactive curriculum session offers practice in vital skills related to understanding risk, recognizing hazards, communicating with employers and peers, responding to emergencies, and understanding labor laws, rights, and responsibilities. Attendees will receive copies of all materials.
