Learn lead-up activities for floor hockey, lacrosse, and badminton that have been field tested at the middle school level. Activities are inclusive, everyone can play regardless of skill level. Lead-up games contribute to basic skill development, having a direct relationship to the sport, while also providing moderate to intense physical activity.
