This program will summarize modifications made for Olympic and other selected sports in order to encourage and increase participation by older age groups. Learn about sports rules and specifications that can be modified for older age group competition, taking into account the physical changes that occur with aging and making participation more feasible and enjoyable. Becoming aware of these changes can greatly increase participation.
