Athletic coaches often look for methods to develop a plan to enhance their coaching performance. Coaching clinics and workshops often offer X’s and O’s, but do not focus on the craft of coaching. This session uses the NASPE Coaching Standards as a foundation to assist coaches in preparing a personal plan for coaching performance.
