726 Officiating Safely: Risk Management and Liability for Referees & Umpires

This session brings referees and umpires up to speed with the best practices in officiating. It is designed to manage their exposure to liability and help all officials assert their legal rights. Officials will also learn to use the rules to control dangerous play, as well as how to deal with fights, injuries, and equipment concerns while maintaining impartiality and control.
