This panel presentation will share ideas on how to create or enhance their physical activity, recreation, and sport transition services for students with disabilities. The topics to be covered will include transition philosophy, current status of services, community college involvement, roles/competencies of service providers, assessment, and practical implementation strategies. It is relevant to adapted physical activity and therapeutic specialists/professors as well as general physical educators and recreation specialists/administrators.
