Outdoor Adventures: Introducing GPS and Fishing in Your Classes
CEU OPPORTUNITY: Participants will be introduced to GPS technology for physical education classes. Basics of using the GPS unit will be provided, as well as teaching strategies and assessments. Test your new skills with an adventure race around the Tampa area! GPS skills will also be included in the fishing portion of the session. After using the GPS unit to locate fish, you will be introduced to multiple fishing techniques and program support ideas.
