Personality Matters; Understanding Personality and Performance
CEU OPPORTUNITY: This session intended for students, teachers, and coaches, will focus on recent research studies which examined the connection between personality and performance in various settings. Results of these studies suggest that personality matters when applied with students, athletes, coaches, and athletic trainers. Topics include performance, injury, motivation, and success. Participants will be given the opportunity to examine the strengths of their own personality and understand how their strengths can be harnessed for enhancing performance.
