| CEU OPPORTUNITY: While several organizational ethical guidelines exist within the coaching profession, do these translate ethical coaching practices? As the stakes in sport continue to rise, parents, coaches and athletic directors have begun to voice increasing concerns over these issues in the coaching profession. This presentation explores the concern and realities surrounding these issues and the solution focused approach of one community to create and foster a climate of ethical participation, play, and competition. |
