| A Comparison of Jump Squats and Traditional Squats on Power |
				| CEU OPPORTUNITY: Attendees will hear the results of a power output research project involving 18 NAIA football players. One training group completed 8 weeks of jump training using the Cormax Squat Overhead Press Model #1000 Trainer. A second group completed 8 weeks of traditional parallel squat training. Coaches, physical education teachers, or anyone interested in how jump training and traditional squats may affect power output would be interested in this presentation. |
