				| This interactive session provides instruction necessary for fitness professionals to individualize training programs for youth and adults.  P.A.T. (postural awareness training) is a new and innovative assessment that provides simple training technique to assess movement patterns and identify strengths, physical imbalances and weaknesses.  Every participant receives a fitness report to monitor individual progress, an exercise prescription to improve movement patterns, and skills necessary to set goals for fitness success. |
