A Critical Look at Fitness Technology for Kids
CEU OPPORTUNITY: This presentation will be a critical analysis of technology based fitness products designed to get kids moving. The health and fitness marketing claims made by many manufacturers are often inflated and far ahead of any clinically based research. My presentation will provide a set of guidelines one can employ to view these products and programs with a critical eye based in the science of exercise physiology. An exercise physiology business meeting will follow this presentation.
