COPEC Day: Let's Get Physical!
Are you searching for fitness activities that will also meet the National Standards and benchmarks? Look no further; our session will solve your problems. Our session is composed of a collection of fitness and healthy lifestyle activities that will give health and physical educators new approaches to help students meet fitness standards. Suggested modifications and/or accommodations to make the activities adaptable for many different school populations are also included. Teachers can use our activities as a tool to develop and enhance their physical education programs, along with teaching their students the importance of having fitness and wellness as lifetime goals.
