The Functional Training Pyramids: For Physical Education Students or Athletes
Should we theoretically train our physical education students the same as our athletes? This new Functional Training Pyramid program will teach athletes from the physical education student to the elite performer how to become better and stronger players by increasing endurance, flexibility, balance, speed, agility and power. Our Functional Training Pyramids will show you how to transfer absolute strength to functional strength. The presentation will focus on concrete ideas to bring back to the classroom and the athletic field.
