Effective Strength Training: Obtaining Maximum Benefit in Minimal Time
This program will describe how a properly conducted strength training can achieve significant benefits in as little as 20 minutes per week. Basic strength training physiology with an emphasis on application of current research as it relates to training will be discussed and examples of efficient lifting routines will be presented.
