385 Intermediate Level Jump Rope Skills

Jump Rope clubs, long-standing programs or after school programs can benefit from a more intermediate level skill progression of jump rope tricks. In this session, participants will learn the basics of rope jumping, but advance quickly to more intermediate, complex jump rope skills. Champion jumper and master teacher, Rene Bibaud will share her smart sequencing approach to rope jumping and incredible skill breakdown highlighting several techniques including double dutch, partner jumping and single rope skills.
