Strategies to prevent bullying in physical education will be discussed with a hands-on portion that will introduce participants to an anti-bullying program based on the concept of adventure based learning (ABL). The ABL approach allows teachers to develop students’ intrapersonal (personal) and interpersonal (social) skills.
