Moodle was utilized to introduce nine identified well-being dimensions (emphasis on the physical), with embedded multimedia and assessments into a required personal conditioning course. Participants will have an opportunity to view and interact with the moodle site used. The challenges and benefits of using a personal conditioning course to integrate the dimensions of well-being will be discussed, with suggestions for moving forward if participants desire to pursue a similar integration at their sites.
