How do we as educational leaders more effectively reach the 21st century student-athlete? This interactive workshop will help attendees identify strategies for effectively coaching Gen-Y athletes participating in their athletic programs. We will seek to understand what motivates today’s athletes and how to guide millenial athletes regarding moral education and character development while seeking success in today’s competitive populations.
