This is a ticketed event (convention registration also required). Ticket Fee: $20. Registration Deadline: Tuesday, March 17 (tickets will not be sold at the door). A two hour session for K-12 teachers, coaches, administrators, and athletes will provide information and action plans to create LGBT inclusive athletic teams. Teachers, coaches, and administrators in K-12 play a critical role to change the sporting environment. The seeds of the attitude towards LGBT people are planted in youth at a young age. Reaching the adults who perpetuate the culture even as young athletes come and go out of their systems is key.
