Join the 2014 Dance TOYs as they share tools for teaching dance and experience incorporating the National Dance and Physical Education Standards. Build confidence to teach dance by learning the fundamentals of an effective dance class. Actively develop understanding of the components of a warm-up, develop skills through across the floor exercises, and apply it in combinations. Participants will further their movement vocabulary and expand understanding of planning and facilitating a dance class or unit.
