Come hear the University of Delaware (UD) students discuss their Girls Inc. summer camp fitness program. Using FitnessGram UD students' pre/post tested campers flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and core strength. Daily activities were taught to support fitness growth. Squord activity trackers were used to add additional movement motivation for both girls and their families. Infused classroom teaching techniques included fitness word wall, weekly family fitness flyers, fitness journals and daily effort awards.
