Dance Xross Fitness (DXF) is an innovative, community-building program used by teachers, schools and recreation leaders to promote family fitness and fight childhood obesity. After an active DXF lesson, attendees will learn how they can use DXF to successfully link schools, families, communities and local economies. DXF is a fun, uplifting, challenging mix of four movement disciplines–dance, strength training, kickboxing and soul line dancing; it’s effective for all ages, ability levels and populations.
