This presentation will provide participants with practical and real life examples of standards-based K-5 physical education assessments that have been successfully and systematically implemented. Presenters will discuss ways to make assessment a practical and valuable learning experience for their students and an enriching experience for themselves. Organizational strategies, anecdotes about implementation and examples of assessments and student assessment portfolios will be shared.
