Realizing the importance of coaches becoming good teachers, coaching educators (Gilbert, Nater, Siwik, & Gallimore, 2010) created the Pyramid of Teaching Success in Sport (PoTSS) to assist coaches in professional development with an emphasis on reaching the apex of the pyramid and becoming a master teacher. Using the PoTSS as a tool in professional development, this session will provide participants with 15 strategies they can apply today in their preparation to become a master teacher/coach.
