This interactive session provides attendees an opportunity to learn regarding the health benefits (cognitive, social and physical aspect) of participating in martial arts. Additionally, the six most popular types of martial arts in recent years are listed, including Karate, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and wrestling. Attendees are allowed to choose the suitable type of martial arts based on the requirements of different physical intensities and spiritual components—from low–to–high.
