This program is intended for coaches and athletes who want to improve mental preparation and performance. Participants will engage in a session of physical activity and mental training. Coaches will leave the session armed with practical strategies for teaching their athletes improved mental focus and physical performance. Athletes will be able to apply what they learned to their daily training to improve their performance.
