This session will provide an overview of today’s millennial athlete compared to previous generations. Additionally, data from interviews with Division I college coaches will detail their views of the characteristics of the millennial athlete and will provide insight into the strategies employed by coaches when interacting with millennial athletes. Finally, the symposium will conclude with a discussion led by a practitioner who is familiar with working both with athletes and coaches.
