This PowerPoint presentation will focus on creative, effective, and captivating methodologies used by certified online instructors and course designers to stimulate a dynamic online classroom to increase student engagement and success. Personalizing specific feedback, establishing a sense of community through expressive activities, and developing 'netiquette' will be explored in this lecture with examples drawn from Quality Matters-certified and Sloan Consortium-based online courses.
