This session will also include an interview with Erica Mills, AAHPERD member and heart defect survivor. Diagnosed at birth with a life-threatening heart defect, Erica is now a college senior earning dual degrees in Kinesiology and Communication. She is a passionate advocate for the connection between physical activity and heart health.
