Session 1 provides an overview of skills-based health education, a discussion of how the approach aligns with National Health Education Standards (NHES) and examples of curriculum development and implementation. In Session 2, University of Delaware students present techniques to lessen the often overwhelming stress of writing standards based lesson plans.
