Session 1 provides lessons learned from an innovative 4-week e-health program that facilitated senior citizens’ ability to seek, evaluate and use web-based health information. Session 2 presents the latest research, approaches to treatment, preventative measures for those living with dementia (Alzheimer’s disease), and resources for caregivers. Session 3 is an interactive, hands-on, fun-filled session that explores the relationship between laughter, longevity, and healthy living.
