130 Geocaching II: Scavenger Hunt in the Queen City

Geocaching is an outdoor activity using a handheld Global Positioning System (GPS). Participants will be introduced to geocaching and then participate in an off-site 2.5 mile walking scavenger hunt of Charlotte. Comfortable footwear, water, and outdoor clothing are advised. A limited number of GPS units will be available, however, participants are encouraged to bring their own navigational device. Coordinates will be provided in the Convention Online Notes for participants to download prior to this session.
