Speaker: Robin Kirkwood Auld, Rhode Island College, Harrisville, RI
Effective games players can correctly perceive information, make appropriate decisions and select the best movement to match the game situation. The focus of this session is to discuss how to emphasize decision making during a lesson/practice and to show teachers/coaches how to use an assessment tool to evaluate players' decision making in games. Part of the session will be devoted to viewing video of game play for hands on application of using the assessment tool.
