The focus of this presentation will center on utilizing the Paralympic movement and disability sports as a way to broaden educational opportunities for all individuals. The Paralympics offer a unique alternative for educators to consider curriculum options in physical education as well as sporting opportunities for individuals with disabilities to train competitively. Speakers will include public school educators, professionals in higher education, and other leaders in the field of disability sport.
