This session is designed for coaches and program managers as an introductory session of why effective assessment practices are important and how these practices can be assimilated into current program and practice structures. Effective Assessment uses principles borrowed from pedagogy, psychology, business and other fields to address the needs of program growth as well as individual talent development. Implementing basic assessment principles will help teachers, coaches and program managers provide quality teaching and personal services.
