Social media marketing is a means to capture and share content via social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to direct traffic to a specific event or organization. Sport professionals must have a working knowledge of these platforms using the appropriate tools, applications and etiquette. This session will benefit students and academics across disciplines interested in learning more about strategies, platforms and benefits for using social media.
