506 College Student Dilemma: Too Little Sleep and Too Much Stress

Session 1- This study determined correlations among students’ sleep habits, social interactions, academic performance, and physical/emotional health status. Results are intended to provide a better understanding of programming efforts needed to address sleep deprivation of young adults in higher education. Session 2-Session is for university faculty, education and program administrators, and students to explore stress from a college student’s perspective, and learn various techniques to manage stress on college campuses.
