One of the greatest challenges and opportunities of health education is its' effectiveness on participants to make lifelong commitments to health. Health education provides opportunities for participants to develop knowledge and skills to improve health. Yet, participants may not implement what is necessary to improve health or participants may begin to make changes and then not be able to progress. This presentation seeks to improve the effectiveness of health education through the use of motivation.
