This presentation provides a platform for panel members from both academic and community-based units, experienced in Community Based Participatory Research partnerships, to share details of their collaborative research efforts. The purpose of the presentation is to increase the likelihood of attendees engaging in CBPR by increasing their understanding of the CBPR process, including knowledge of how to overcome common challenges to implementing successful CBPR efforts.
